- Review the existing power system design , identifying the weakness of the system and recommend solutions to improve the reliability
- Equipment Condition Evaluation, Risk Assessment, and Contingency Planning
- Develop optimized maintenance strategies based on RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) model for each substation and power line.
- Developed Maintenance procedure and check sheets as per the latest applicable standards
- Develop criticality ranking for the HV system - Develop spare part and stock strategy
- Develop Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the power system
